Cost $20/ class or $55 for all three sessions.

Please bring a yoga mat and a towel, and I provide yoga, yard, and refreshments!

I will lead a well-rounded slow flow hour of yoga in my grassy back yard. After, enjoy snacks and tea/coffee with the group on the deck. Get to know your neighbors while enjoying yoga in a natural setting.
